Hi all,
Never open ICICI demat account. While the service is good, they charge exhorbant hidden charges which include annual maintenance charges as well as charges per scrip (per share held) of Rs. 2 irrespective of the number of shares or value of shares held. Just don’t get fooled by their promises and never ever get into the ICICI trap.

i would recommend to all of u to open it in religare then in icici as they charge exorbitant costs and have a list of complaints against them in blogs,written by people on the internet.i have been usng religare and i m satisfied with there services.
